In addition to the numerous projects we execute at the client’s site, we have a well-equipped fabrication and workshop unit on approximately 3.2 acres near Chennai, India that is sort after by our clients to provide key fabrication and assembly. Our shop is situated in Poonamallee, near Chennai city around 17 KM from our head office. This ranges from ladders for oil and gas sectors at Kazakhstan to Duplex stainless steel spool fabrication for desalination plant to heavy structure fabrication for the space research organisation.
Facilities
The current facilities at the fabrication job can handle volume of work to the tune of 300 MT / 2400 ID pipe spools per month. The workshop facilities have also closed fabrication area to enable jobs that require closed environment. Our manpower resource is well experienced in executing heavy, medium and light structural works. We are also well equipped with all material handling machines, tools and tackles, plant and machinery etc. to carry large capacity jobs.
The fabrication works that are executed in the past are for key industry segments such as of Oil & Gas, Refineries, Desalination Plants, Atomic & Nuclear Stations, Space Research Centers, Power Plants, for Indian and foreign clients.
